Floors and walls have been specially designed to be stain resistant and easy-to-clean to ensure that neither dust particles nor germs may settler in any joints or openings. The cleaning of our production systems is performed under high pressure at 8-12 bars and by “hygienic water” heated up to 80-90°C, and specially extracted by osmosis. |

Standardised sluices ensure hygienic separation between the production area and the rack area. The reason for this is that in the production area so-called ‘open bunches’ are utilised which are susceptible to contamination by bacteria and other micro-organisms. Therefore, in the racking area we operate a “closed system” i.e., by using special containers that are sealed and contamination-free, thereby precluding any bacterial invasion. |
